1. About BatchPrintGTIN.com

BatchPrintGTIN.com is a free, browser-based tool for generating UPC barcodes, EAN barcodes, QR codes, and related product identification codes. All processing takes place entirely within your browser. BatchPrintGTIN.com is an independent tool not affiliated with GS1, GS1 US, GS1 Canada, or any standards organisation.

2. Permitted Use

• Generate barcode and QR code images for personal, commercial, or internal business use.
• Download generated images in PNG, SVG, or PDF format for printing and distribution.
• Upload CSV data to batch-generate codes for your own products, inventory, or events.

The barcode and QR code images generated by this tool are yours to use freely. We claim no copyright over images you create using this tool.

3. Prohibited Use

• Generate codes for fraudulent or deceptive purposes, including counterfeit product labelling.
• Create barcodes encoding data that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Site.
• Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

4. GS1 Registration & Retail Compliance

BatchPrintGTIN.com generates barcode images from numbers you provide. It does not issue, register, or validate GTIN numbers. For retail compliance, obtain a GS1 Company Prefix from GS1 US or GS1 Canada. Always scan and validate every barcode before commercial printing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

BatchPrintGTIN.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated codes will scan correctly on any specific device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatchPrintGTIN.com and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or generated codes.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, design, and content of BatchPrintGTIN.com are protected by copyright. Third-party libraries (JsBarcode, qrcode-generator, jsPDF, JSZip, bwip-js, SheetJS) are subject to their respective open-source licences.

8. Advertising

This Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
