Short version: BatchPrintGTIN.com processes everything locally in your browser. The barcode data, QR code content, product names, URLs, and CSV files you work with are never sent to our servers and are never stored by us.
1. Who We Are
BatchPrintGTIN.com (“the Site,” “we,” “us”) operates the free barcode and QR code generation tool available at batchprintgtin.com. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with GS1, GS1 US, GS1 Canada, or any other standards body.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
Because all barcode and QR code generation is performed entirely within your web browser using JavaScript, we do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to:
- Any barcode data, UPC numbers, or GTIN numbers you enter
- Any QR code content including URLs, contact information, WiFi passwords, or text
- Any CSV files you upload for batch generation
- Your GS1 Company Prefix or product item reference numbers
- Any logo or image files you upload for QR code overlays
All of the above remain entirely on your device and are cleared when you close or refresh the browser tab.
3. Data We May Collect Automatically
Like most websites, our web server may record standard access logs including your IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type, operating system, pages visited, and referring URL. This data is used solely for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis and is not sold or shared.
4. Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site in aggregate. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
5. Google AdSense Advertising
BatchPrintGTIN.com displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

BatchPrintGTIN.com itself does not set any first-party cookies. Cookies present on this Site are set by Google AdSense and/or Google Analytics for advertising and analytics purposes only.

This Site contains links to third-party websites such as GS1 US, GS1 Canada, Avery, and Uline. Once you leave BatchPrintGTIN.com, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.

BatchPrintGTIN.com is not directed at children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (GDPR, CCPA) including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we do not collect personal barcode data, most data subject requests will not apply. Contact us for server log data requests.

Since barcode and QR code generation happens entirely in your browser, your data never traverses the internet. Standard HTTPS security is applied to all connections to this Site.
